Returns

We hope you love your JINNÉ pieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned for a full refund within 15 days of delivery.

An $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items returned must be in original condition with tags attached and be returned in original packaging. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.

We reserve the right to deny a refund if a returned item does not meet these conditions or shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Natural Materials

Our jewelry may feature natural gemstones and freshwater pearls. Variations in color, pattern, shape, and texture are part of their natural beauty and are not considered defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at jinnestudio@gmail.com, including your order number and clear photos of the item.
