Shipping policy

We currently ship within Canada.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over CAD $150.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

Ontario: 2–5 business days
Rest of Canada: 3–8 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package's journey.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at jinnestudio@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
